4. Joshua Little

2022 was the year of Joshua Little. He made the ball talk at the start of the innings and provided early breakthroughs to his side. The left-arm pacer was impeccable at the death too, troubling the batters with his variations. He featured in 26 T20Is last year and picked up 39 wickets at an economy of 7.58.

Little was quite phenomenal at the T20 World Cup 2022. He was at Ireland's forefront of a historic win against the eventual T20 World champions England, picking up two crucial wickets. Also, the ace pacer took an exceptional hat trick against New Zealand. He ended the tournament with 11 scalps in seven games at an economy of 7.00.

Little's stocks were on a meteoric rise leading up to the IPL 2023 auction and so, Gujarat Titans left no stone unturned to pick the Irish pacer at the marquee event. GT signed him for INR 4.4 crore. The 23-year-old would look to prove his mettle in the upcoming season of the cash-rich league.
