The Indian Premier League fever has gripped the nation as the IPL 2024 tournament is going in full swing and is in its third week. The Indian Premier League has 10 teams representing various cities and regions of the country.
Chennai Super Kings, Sunrisers Hyderabad, and Royal Challengers Bangalore represent the South of India. Delhi Capitals and Punjab Kings are from the North of India. Mumbai Indians and Gujarat Titans are from the Western part of India. 1. Kolkata Fried Riders
Kolkata Fried Riders is a fish dish inspired by the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). The franchise is based out of the capital of West Bengal state, Kolkata. The region is near the Bay of Bengal and is known for its variety of fish available for consumption and dishes that are made from fish.
The Kolkata Fried Riders is a dish made from breaded and fried white fish fillet rolls stuffed with curried shrimp and served with a kasundi mustard spiked salad. Another similar food is the Pork Powerplay, the hugely popular steamed and pan-fried Kolkata-style dumplings.
