3. Taskin Ahmed (Dhaka Dominators)

Taskin Ahmed was the most successful bowler in Bangladesh’s 2022 T20 World Cup campaign, scalping eight wickets in five games at an economy of 7.27. In this year’s BPL, his franchise Dhaka Dominators will expect him to be at his best to help them clinch the title after seven years.

Taskin looked impactful for his national side in 2022, bagging 13 scalps in 13 games at an economy of 7.87. In the last year’s T20 World Cup, he registered his best bowling figures (4/25 against the Netherlands). The 27-year-old bowler has picked 36 wickets at an economy of 7.79 in 46 matches. 

Going by his current T20I form, the Dominators will expect him to get hold over batters with his courageous bowling attitude. With Shoriful Islam, Chamika Karunaratne, Arafat Sunny, and Salman Irshad, his responsibility will be to lead the bowling unit with his experience.
