1. Lost by 202 runs (vs West Indies, Tarouba, 2025)

The latest and fourth on the list is the recently-concluded game against the Caribbean side in the third and final match of the tour. With the series on the line, West Indies got to 294/6 at the end of their 50 overs on the back of skipper Shai Hope's 120* off 94. Justin Greaves (43* off 24) combined with Hope to add 110 runs for the seventh wicket off only 50 balls. Abrar Ahmed (2/34 in nine overs) was the pick of the bowlers.
Jayden Seales (6/18 in 7.2 overs) put in a fantastic exhibition of fast bowling to skittle out Pakistan for 92 in 29.2 overs. With star batter Babar Azam failing yet again, there was a huge layer of disappointment in the visitor's dressing room. This defeat marked the first time since 1991 that Pakistan had lost a bilateral series of three or more matches against the Windies.
