However, fans will not witness Pollard’s batting exploits at the IPL stage going ahead as he has announced his retirement from the league. The West Indies all-rounder made this revelation on November 15, hours before IPL 2023 retention deadline was about to end. He will now be donning the hat as batting coach for the Mumbai Indians in the lucrative T20 tournament.&nbsp;
