IPL 2023: Best XI from fourth week of tournament

Slowly and steadily, Arshdeep is taking up the place which was once held by Zaheer Khan. As the left-arm pacer is already a regular member of the national side, he is now showing the world why is a force to reckon with. His death-over bowling skills were full-on display against MI during the fourth week of the IPL.

As they were chasing a huge target of 214, MI were attacking from the word go. Well, to stop the rampage from MI, PBKS needed something special from their go-to bowler. Thankfully, Arshdeep was there to handle the matter.

In his four overs, he picked up four wickets by giving away just 29 runs. During his spell, he broke the stump twice and was able to pick up crucial wickets of Ishan Kishan, Suryakumar Yadav, Tikal Verma, and Nehal Wadhera. There is no doubt that Arshdeep is an excellent bowler for any stage of the game and his presence in this lineup brings some more stability for the backend of the inning.
