8. Autobiography of Shane Keith Warne: No Spin

Arguably one of the biggest mavericks to have played the sport, Shane Keith Warne released his autobiography, 'No Spin' on October 1, 2018. The eagerly awaited book (at the time of its release), reveals how Warne was very passionate about Australian Rules Football from a very tender age and wanted to make a career out of it. It talks about how Warne's admiration for the sport got him into playing for the St Kilda Football Club's under-19 team.

Warne has also opened up on the sheer disappointment he felt, when he was told by the administrators at the club that his services were no longer required.

The book gives the readers more than just a glimpse of how Warne's ball to Mike Gatting in the 1993 Ashes in England which was later termed 'Ball of the Century' changed his entire life.

The autobiography also talks about how the legspinner's career was marred with controversies that predominantly happened off the field and how he dealt with the same. In addition to that, Warne has spoken at length about some of his most fierce on-field battles with his great contemporaries including the master blaster, Sachin Tendulkar, and the Prince of Trinidad, Brian Lara.
