In a must-win game this season, Mumbai Indians (MI) take on the Gujarat Titans (GT) in match number 57 of the Indian Premier League 2023. Mumbai skyrocketed to number third position after winning against the Royal Challengers Bangalore where they chased 200 under 17 overs thanks to an incredible 100-plus run partnership between Suryakumar Yadav and Nehal Wadhera.
With this victory, Mumbai now has chased 200 or more on three separate occasions this year which is the most by any team in a particular season. They now welcome the Gujarat Giants who are in a very much comfortable position in qualifying for the playoffs with them being in the first position at 16 points along with a better run-rate of .951.
