A brawl broke out in Uttar Pradesh’s Bulandshahr, which led to the death of an 18-year-old. After a dispute arose over the last ball of a cricket match, two young boys named Vishesh and Shakti got into a fight with each other.
Consequently, an angry Vishesh beat Shakti to death with a cricket bat—a crime that has shocked the country. While it is unclear what exactly happened on the last ball of the match, Shakti was reportedly unhappy with the outcome.
He is said to have argued with Vishesh, which led to a dispute between the two. The situation escalated, tragically resulting in Shakti’s death. Since then, Vishesh has absconded to avoid being caught.

Police search for accused, Shakti’s body sent for post-mortem
Mohit Kumar, Shakti’s uncle, was informed about the incident. Mohit, who was working at a cricket ground in Rasoolpur, rushed to check on his nephew. Though he reached the spot, carried Shakti, and took him to a nearby hospital, it was a bit too late—Shakti had already passed away.
Mohit has filed a First Information Report (FIR) regarding the incident. Shakti’s body has been sent for post-mortem, after which more details about the crime may emerge. A precautionary force has been deployed in the village by the police, who are currently searching for the accused.
