The SA20 is underway in South Africa. Amidst this league, Paarl Royals skipper Jos Buttler was engaged in a Q/A session, named "Quick Qs with Jos The Boss", with Jio Cinema. He was asked to pick one between options placed before him. Several questions were asked to him and England's T20I skipper didn't hesitate in picking his favourite despite being put in a fix at times.

He was first asked to pick one between Sachin Tendulkar and Ricky Ponting and Buttler went with the latter. Ponting is widely considered to be one of the greatest batsmen of all time. In December 2006, he reached the highest rating achieved by a Test batsman for 50 years, although this was surpassed by Steve Smith in December 2017. He stands third in the list of cricketers by number of centuries scored. He is a three-time World Cup winner as well.

What were the other questions?

Question: Favourite Cricket Commentator?

Jos Buttler picked Ian Smith as his favourite cricket commentator. Ian Smith holds the record for the highest score in Tests for a batsman coming in at number nine, which is 173 off 136 balls, scored against India at Eden Park in 1990. As a cricket commentator he has also worked on television commentary at numerous ICC tournaments including the T20 World Cup and the ICC World Cup calling the crucial final ball as England tied with New Zealand in the final at Lords. Smith's description of England winning the World Cup “by the barest of margins, the barest of all margins” has become iconic in English cricket.

Question: If you had your own TV show, what would you call it?

Buttler gave a very simple answer to this. He decided to name his show, "Being Buttler".

Question: How many languages can you speak?

Jos Buttler admitted that he can speak only one language.

Question: Proudest moment of your life?

The Paarl Royals skipper was in a tough situation here, as he couldn't particularly pick one such moment. He picked 3 moments he takes pride on: getting married, having children and winning both the ICC World Cup in 2019 and captaining England to their second T20 World Cup title in 2022.

Question: Best Cricketing memory?

He was quick to pick the two most important memories: Winning both the ICC World Cup and captaining England to their second T20 World Cup glory. He stated that though both the wins were different, they were equally important.
