Promising fast bowler Lauren Filer is set to make her white-ball debut for England. Following an impressive performance in the Women's Ashes Test, Filer, known for her pace, has been included in the 15-member squad for the three-match ODI series against Australia. England must clean-sweep Australia in the ODIs to reclaim the Ashes. Filer may share the ball with fellow quick Issy Wong, who has not played for England since December's T20I tour of West Indies.

Joining Filer in the squad is opening batter Tammy Beaumont, whose magnificent innings of 208 played a pivotal role in England's strong first-innings performance in the Test match. Despite Australia eventually winning the match by 89 runs, Beaumont's record-breaking knock solidified her position as a key player in the white-ball format.

England's confidence is soaring after a thrilling 2-1 victory in the T20Is, marking Australia's first series loss since the 2017-18 Ashes. The T20 leg of the Ashes series witnessed passionate crowds of around 20,000 at Edgbaston, The Oval, and Lord's. England's hope is to replicate the atmosphere and receive similar support from the crowd.

Head coach Jon Lewis expressed his delight with the T20 series win and welcomed the return of Beaumont and Filer to the squad. Lewis acknowledged Beaumont's exceptional performance in the Test and highlighted Filer's ability to add genuine pace to their bowling attack alongside Wong.

"We were delighted with our T20 series win and look forward to the next stage of the Ashes with everything to play for," We're pleased to welcome Tammy and Lauren back into the group. Tammy showed her quality during the Test match with her double-hundred while Lauren offers us real pace in our bowling alongside Issy," Lewis said as quoted by ESPNCricinfo.

However, buoyed by their recent T20 triumph, English are brimming with confidence and belief. With the stage set for a thrilling finale, the players are ready to deliver outstanding performances and create lasting memories for their passionate supporters.
