Suryakumar Yadav, wife Devisha Shetty share a cute moment before jetting off for T20 World Cup

The India T20I team led by Rohit Sharma left for Australia on Thursday morning with hopes of clinching their second T20 title after a hiatus of 15 years. While the Indian players looked the part in stylish suits, Indian batting ace Suryakumar Yadav shared a cute video of his wife preparing him for the journey Down Under.

Suryakumar Yadav, who is in the form of his life, especially in the shortest format of the game, will be representing the Men in Blue for the first time in a World Cup campaign. The 32-year-old is arguably India's best batter heading into the ICC mega event and will play a crucial role for the 2007 T20 champions.

BCCI shared a picture of the Indian contingent leaving for Australia from the Mumbai airport, while several players shared pictures via their personal social media accounts. But Suryakumar's cute video of his wife Devisha helping him wear the team India blazer broke the internet. 

Devisha helped the batting ace don the proud blue colors of the Indian team before he left the room to join his compatriots. The social media quite expectedly were in awe of this heartwarming moment and wished the Indian batter all the best for his upcoming campaign with the Indian team.

The video also showed Suryakumar's parents and his sister, who were present in the room to give their son a proper sending-off before leaving for Australia. The Indian team landed in Perth on Friday, where they will play two warm-up matches against Western Australia XI, before facing Australia and New Zealand in the remaining two warm-up fixtures.

Suryakumar Yadav will be in action in Australia as Rohit and Co open their T20 World Cup campaign against arch-rivals Pakistan in a blockbuster clash on October 23 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG).
