The light-hearted moment came during a segment when Pant jokingly referred to Rohit as someone who "calls all the shots" in the team, even if it is just by virtue of seniority.

Pant was asked, "Who is that one Jethani in the team who orders everyone around and acts bossy?" The wicketkeeper-batter responded with a smile, “Rohit bhai is like that. Rohit bhai comes on strong.” The comment left the audience in splits, and Gambhir quickly chipped in, “Ab toh retire ho gaya. Haan haan, lo le lo naam ab.” (“Now that he’s retired, go ahead and take his name!”), sending everyone, including Yuzvendra Chahal and Abhishek Sharma, into laughter.

Rohit, who recently announced his retirement from Test cricket on May 7, has been one of the key figures in India’s red-ball setup.
