Sanju Samson's side heads into the 11th match of the ongoing IPL 2023 on the back of a narrow loss against Punjab Kings in a high-scoring thriller at the very same venue.

The Royals, who dispatched the Sunrisers Hyderabad with utter ease in their opening fixture, were not able to replicate the same against Punjab Kings. Although the batters put up a valiant fight while chasing a stiff target, it was the lack of runs from the top-order batters that ended up costing them the match.

Meanwhile, Delhi Capitals are still to get off the mark after suffering back-to-back defeats in their two matches so far. David Warner's side have suffered due to a lack of runs from their star batters and will hope for a better outing in the upcoming fixture against a wounded Rajasthan Royals side.
