Australia (AUS) and Bangladesh (BAN) lock horns in match No. 43 of the ongoing ODI World Cup 2023 at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune on Saturday, November 11.

Australia are on a six-match winning streak and have already reached the semi-finals. Bangladesh, on the other hand, have been eliminated but will look to secure a victory to stay in the top eight and qualify for the 2025 ICC Champions Trophy.

Bangladesh made the headlines during their last game against Sri Lanka after Angelo Mathews' timed-out dismissal. Captain Shakib has been criticised by fans as well as critics for not withdrawing his appeal. Bangladesh would do well to not focus on the outside noise and think about getting one over the mighty Aussies. The Asian side was expected to do well in the tournament as they had strong performances in sub-continental conditions in the recent past.
