Cricketing Trends on Social Media today

In the wake of coronavirus pandemic, India Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on Friday, appealed everyone to dispel the darkness spread by covid-19 by lighting a candle on April 5 at 9 pm. Post this appeal of the Indian Prime Minister, many cricketers came in support of the call. Team India youngsters KL Rahul and Hardik Pandya also tweeted out and urged people to join the battle against Coronavirus.

Meanwhile, at a time when the world has come to a standstill and India is under a 21-day lockdown, India’s Dhawal Kulkarni also joined the bandwagon in the fight against coronavirus and donated towards Maharashtra CM’s Relief Fund.

At a time when many sports personalities are spreading awareness about the covid-19, Ahmed Shehzad also shared a video where he extended support to all the brave Pakistanis who are battling against the pandemic. Afghanistan’s spin-bowling stalwart Rashid Khan also joined the ‘Safe Hands Challenge’ and uploaded a clip while washing his hands.

BCCI President Sourav Ganguly also came forward to aid in the battle against the pandemic and donated food for 10,000 people in Kolkata along with the aid of ISKCON. Meanwhile, Tom Moody also conducted a Question & Answer session with his fans where he answered several questions including the best opening T20 pair.
