The cricketing trends on the social media revolved around a number of events. The Pakistan Women’s team played the first ODI against South Africa Women at the Senwes Park in Potchefstroom and won the match by eight wickets. Sana Mir picked up a four-wicket haul and she was adjudged the Player of the Match. The likes of Mohammad Hafeez and Wasim Akram congratulated the team.

England beat Pakistan by seven wickets in the one-off T20I at the Sophia Gardens in Cardiff and Tom Curran was happy for the Three Lions. The playoffs of the 2019 Indian Premier League (IPL) is scheduled to start tomorrow with the Qualifier 1 between the Mumbai Indians (MI) and the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) at the MA Chidambaram Stadium. Hardik Pandya of MI is determined before the match.


The Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) will lock horns with the Delhi Capitals (DC) in the Eliminator and SRH speedster Siddarth Kaul posted a picture from Vizag. Mohammad Kaif shared a picture along with his son Kabir, who was also seen with Capitals’ wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant.

Former Bengal cricketer Laxmi Ratan Shukla celebrated his 38th birthday and Manoj Tiwary wished him on the auspicious occasion. Mohammad Shami showed his support for the Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) by posting a team photo. The Punjab-based franchise has already been eliminated from the IPL.
