The cricketing trends on social media revolved around a number of events. Today, Afghanistan played the final game of the three-match T20I series against Ireland. It turned out to be a cracking contest in which the winner was decided in a tie-breaking Super-Over. Ireland posted a score of 142 runs for a loss of 8 wickets.

Meanwhile, Afghanistan also scored the same runs in their innings for a loss of seven wickets. From Ireland, it was Gareth Delany, who turned out to be the top scorer with 37 runs. On the other hand, Gareth Delany and Simi Singh shared two wickets each.

Rahmatullah Gurbaz played a brilliant knock for his team but ended up on the losing side. Today, Qais Ahmad, the leg spinner made his debut in T20 international cricket.
