Most of the cricketing trends on Sunday revolved around two men – Jasprit Bumrah and Hanuma Vihari. The fast bowler was trending on social media after he picked up a hat-trick in the second Test against the West Indies. Thus, he was flooded with congratulatory messages. Sanjay Manjrekar and Suresh Raina amongst many others congratulated him for the feat. All-rounder Irfan Pathan, in his tweet, welcomed the 25-year-old to the hat-trick club.
Virender Sehwag and Hemang Badani, meanwhile, were all praise for Hanuma Vihari. They both wrote that he is one of those players to look forward to in the future. In other trends, Axar Patel spent time with his good friend Jaydev Unadkat and both of them watched a movie together. Aakash Chopra emphasized on using the DRS effectively in the current day and age. Jemimah Rodrigues thanked the Yorkshire Diamonds for the hospitality during her stint with them for the KSL 2019. Bishan Singh Bedi, on the other hand, rued about the falling standards of West Indies cricket.

2. Bishan Singh Bedi is pained to watch the West Indies cricket team hardly show any intent of late
I don’t think present West Indies Players are even half-aware o their Crkt’s Calypso image which had crowds swooning Globally.. their laid back play’s painful to watch..& to sit through late in the night is a torture..!! All this while Indns are making merry..& deservingly so.!!

4. It is all about how the Decision Review System (DRS) is used, isn’t it?
Bumrah wouldn’t have had the hattrick if it wasn’t for the DRS. Vihari wouldn’t have had his Ton if it wasn’t for the DRS. Ironically, England wouldn’t have won the Headingly Test if it wasn’t for the DRS used impetuously by Australia.

5. Sanjay Manjrekar feels that Jasprit Bumrah is one of those bowlers who are tailor-made to get hat-tricks
Some fast bowlers are just tailor made to get hat tricks. Wasim Akram, Lasith Malinga for example. Bumrah is in that category too. ????#WIvIND
