The cricketing trends on social media revolved around a number of events. Former Pakistan off-spin bowler Saeed Ajmal celebrated his 42nd birthday and he was showered with wishes from the cricketing fraternity. The tweaker was one of the greatest spinners in the country and retired from cricket back in November 2017. He is currently busy playing the National T20 Cup for Central Punjab.
Her didn’t have a great day with the bat and got out for four against Northern Pakistan. In the same game, Ahmed Shehzad scored a century and took his team to victory in a chase of 223 runs. Salman Butt lauded Shehzad for the knock and also appreciated Central Punjab on the victory in Faisalabad. Meanwhile, Shane Watson’s Instagram account got hacked and he thanked his fans for helping him out. Previously, his Twitter account also got hacked. During the tournament, Shoaib Akhtar was happy after meeting Waqar Younis.
Sourav Ganguly is all set to become the president of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and he is continuing to get wishes. Former England cricketer Kevin Pietersen sounded happy for the retired Indian skipper. Former South African cricketer Jonty Rhodes felt satisfied after returning to Mumbai. Paras Khadka resigned as the captain of the Nepal team and Sandeep Lamichhane couldn’t stop praising him.
