The cricketing trends on social media revolved around a number of event. India are set to play against Australia in the Day-Night Adelaide Test, starting Thursday, December 17. Prior to the game, Virat Kohli, the skipper of the visiting team, posted a collage of pictures where he can be seen practising with all his focus.

The 32-year-old won’t be a part of the series after the first Test as he would go on paternity leave to be with his wife Anushka Sharma. Ravindra Jadeja was happy to be at the Adelaide Oval after he returned from his hamstring injury and concussion.

He played a match-winning hand in the first T20I, but couldn’t take part in the next two matches. Steve Smith is eager to meet his loved one Danny Willis in Melbourne. Smith had a bit of an injury concern after he left Tuesday’s training due to a sore back.
