The cricketing trends on social media revolved around a number of events. The Indian cricket team are currently in Australia for the Test ODI and T20I series. They are currently staying in quarantine in Sydney before the opening ODI at the Sydney Cricket Ground on November 27. Shreyas Iyer posted a picture where he can be seen enjoying his heart out. Former Indian cricketer Wasim Jaffer posted a hilarious mere with Kings XI Punjab (KXIP), where he is the batting coach, and the blockbuster comedy movie Hera Pheri.

Fawad Ahmed, the Australian cricketer, was happy after Karachi Kings won the 2020 edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL). The team, led by Imad Wasim, beat the Lahore Qalandars by five wickets with eight balls to spare at the National Stadium in Karachi. It was also the Kings’ maiden appearance in a PSL final after four seasons.

Shaheen Shah Afridi, who played for the Qalandars, was a tad disappointed, but he didn’t forget to laud Babar Azam, who scored an unbeaten half-century to see his team over the finishing line. Dimuth Karunaratne, the Sri Lankan captain, wished Dinesh Chandimal on his birthday. Sanju Samson had a great time after going on a road trip with his wife.
