The cricketing trends on social media revolved around a number of events. Hardik Pandya, the talented Indian all-rounder, posted an adorable picture with spouse Natasa Stankovic. The duo tied the knots in the coronavirus pandemic and a few weeks ago, Hardik also announced that he would soon be a father. Yusuf Pathan, the veteran Indian cricketer, posted a video where he can be seen, riding a horse. His younger brother Irfan Pathan also posted a throwback picture from New Zealand. Harbhajan Singh, the 40-year-old enigmatic Indian off-spinner, also posted a video to wish one of his dear ones a very happy birthday.
Mushfiqur Rahim, the Bangladesh cricketer, was over the moon after returning to the nets. Over the last few weeks, he has been training hard to keep himself. He posted videos videos, where he was seen, running on the streets and on a treadmill. Cheteshwar Pujara, the bedrock of India’s Test batting, had some fun times with his daughter. Even Pujara has returned to training in Rajkot having last plied his trade in the tour of New Zealand earlier this year in February.
Dane van Niekerk, the captain of the South Africa women’s cricket team, shared a picture with partner Marizanne Kapp and their family. Umesh Yadav, the Indian fast bowler, shared a picture where he can be seen all pumped up. Shahid Afridi, the former Pakistan all-rounder, posted a picture where he can be seen, praying with dedication. Harsha Bhogle, the veteran Indian commentator turned 59 years old and on the auspicious occasion, he was showered with praises.
