The cricketing trends on social media revolved around a number of events. Kamran Akmal, the veteran Pakistan batsman, completed 13,000 runs in first-class cricket. The keeper batsman is currently plying his trade for Central Punjab in the Quaid-e-Azam domestic tournament. England fast bowler James Anderson posted a video where he can be seen sweating it out on the field. The 37-year-old last played in the Birmingham Test against England where he couldn’t continue after only a couple of overs.
The English team management is confident that the premier pacer will be fit for the South Africa Tests. Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan, who is currently serving a ban from the ICC, posted an adorable picture with wife Umme Ahmed Shishir and Alaina. Indian cricketer Krunal Pandya shared a funny picture with better-half Pankhuri. The southpaw captioned it writing that nothing scares his wife and that’s the best part about her. Tigers’ batsman Tamim Iqbal became a father to a baby girl and he uploaded the name of his newborn baby. Tamim backed out from the India tour in order to be with his wife. Ravindra Jadeja posted a video, where he was seen running on the treadmill. Jasprit Bumrah was over the moon after spending some time with the Mumbai U19 Women’s cricket team. Afghanistan cricketers Aftab Ahmed and Qais Ahmed shared a couple of pictures on the social media. Qais is currently busy playing in the T10 League.
