Here is how the cricketers spent their day on Twitter and Instagram today

The cricketing trends on social media revolved around a number of events. Kieron Pollard, the West Indies’ ODI and T20I skipper, stated that one should never take anything for granted as life is a blessing. He also asked people to be grateful. Chris Gayle, another Caribbean cricketer, lauded former Pakistan cricketer Shahid Afridi for the latter’s work with his foundation. Afridi was recently a part of the Dhaka Platoon on the 2019-20 edition of the BPL. Former England cricketer Samit Patel was thankful after his stint with Aaron Finch’s Melbourne Renegades in the ongoing BBL.

]The Renegades finished at the bottom of the points table, but they finished with a victory over the Brisbane Heat at the Docklands Stadium. AB de Villiers, former South African cricketer, lauded Vernon Philander, who recently hung his boots from international cricket. Philander’s final game was the Test match against England at the Wanderers in Johannesburg. The Three Lions went on to win the series by a margin of 3-1 after coming back from a defeat in the opening Test.

Aakash Chopra showed his concerns for the India U19 team in their match against Australia U19 in the quarter-finals of the World Cup. At the Senwes Park in Potchefstroom. After leg-spinner Tanveer Sangha dismissed opener Yashasvi Jaiswal for 62, Chopra wished for India to score 250. In the end, the Boys in Blue managed 233 courtesy Atharva Ankolekar’s half-century. RP Singh was over the moon after getting to meet the legendary Kapil Dev.

With all that is happening around us WE need to take stock and realize how bless we are to be alive and continue to live life. Some are not as fortunate but WE take things for granted only when it hits home and personally get that feeling WE tend to realize . Let’s use the examples that are being presented and be thankful for each and everyone that is alive and around us , let’s empower persons to be the best they can. Envy , jealously , materialistic stuff , petty stuff , power just to name a few are some of the most powerful things that cause havoc in this great thing called life amongst persons . All those things counts for nothing when the master calls time. Live Love ,be grateful,be thankful , forgive and enjoy this wonderful LIFE.
