The cricketing trends on social media revolved around a number of events. Veda Krishnamurthy, the Indian women’s cricketer, posted a hilarious video on Instagram where she was playing with some of her close ones. Kuldeep Yadav posted a picture from the New Zealand tour earlier this year where he posed with the likes of Shubman Gill and Navdeep Saini. Harmanpreet Kaur, the India women’s T20I skipper, enjoyed with her puppy and posted some adorable pictures. She last played in the T20 World Cup a few months ago. Shikhar Dhawan uploaded a picture where he said that he has been growing some hair.
Suresh Raina sent in his condolences after former cricketer Sanjay Dhobal passed away due to COVID-19. David Warner, the Australian batsman, continued to post videos on Tik-Tok along with wife Candice and their daughters. England women’s Kate Cross was over the moon after being able to start her practice. Gautam Gambhir, the former Indian cricketer, doesn’t believe in throwing in the towel easily.
