Cricketing Trends on Social Media today

The cricketing trends on social media today revolved around, like it has been for the last few days, the deadly Coronavirus which has already taken more than 30000 lives across the world. The cricketers from various countries have come forward and help the needy people in their own way. Ahmad Shahzad was the one who tried creating awareness about the Coronavirus in a video.

He also went on to inform his fans that he will coming live on Instagram on 7 PM PST on Monday with the former England cricketer Kevin Pietersen. Pietersen is on a spree on social media taking interviews of certain cricketers even as he is gearing up for his interview with the Bollywood actress Rakulpreet Singh. Meanwhile, Shahid Afridi has got a great support from Pakistan cricketers for his ‘Donate Karona’ initiative in order to help the people suffering in the country.

The likes of Shaheen Afridi, Sarfaraz Ahmed, Azhar Ali among others have done their bit and are urging the other people to contribute something to the initiative. Like many other former cricketers, even Hemang Badani conducted a Q&A session on social media where he was asked about Shivam Dube. Badani felt that the young all-rounder is not ready yet but hoped that the southpaw comes back stronger and makes an impact in international cricket.
