The cricketing trends on social media revolved around the international cricket returning to Pakistan as they faced Sri Lanka in the second of the three-match ODI series in Karachi. The first match between the two teams washed out due to rain but the weather was clear of Monday for the game to take place. But the crowd didn’t turn up as expected as it was a working day.
The former and current Pakistan cricketers were ecstatic as an ODI took place in the country after a long time. Babar Azam, in his first match as vice-captain, grabbed the chance with both the hands and slammed a scintillating ton after coming in to bat at number three. He went on to score 115 runs off just 105 deliveries and propelled Pakistan to a brilliant total of 305 runs for the loss of seven wickets after 50 overs.
Meanwhile, Yuvraj Singh and Harbhajan Singh were involved in a conversation on Twitter. The latter was baffled to see the ever so consistent Suryakumar Yadav not getting picked to play for India. Yuvraj responded to his tweet taking a dig at the team management stating that they don’t want a number four batsman thanks to a very strong top three.
1. Ramiz Raja is not happy with Pakistan not posting a big total
Pak, as per the norm not blasting to a punishing score even after getting a start. A top tier team would have got 350 atleast on a feather bed against a side that has the poorest average -SL go at over 9 an over in last ten overs.

Sportspeople are supposed to be role models. Of good behavior. Of Team spirit. Of ethics. Of strength of character. Recently in the UN, we also saw a former sportsperson speak up. As a role model for terrorists. @ImranKhanPTI should be excommunicated from sports community.
