The cricketing trends on social media revolved around a number of events. Today, India Under-19 cricket team defeated Pakistan Under-19 in the semi-finals of the ongoing Under-19 World Cup. Pakistan colts posted a score of 172 runs on the back of brilliant knocks played by Haider Ali and Rohail Nazir. But, it was not enough for them to win the crucial encounter against their arch-rivals.

Yashaswi Jaiswal (105*) and Divyansh Saxena (59*) helped their team in winning the semi-final by 10 wickets. Moreover, Jaiswal was awarded Man of the Match for his magical knock. The young lads received applauds from the cricketing fraternity and their fans for pulling off such amazing performance. This victory also helped U19 Indian team for cruising to the finals of the mega event.

Aakash Chopra lauded Yashaswi Jaiswal’s captains knock with the bat. He also felt that the young left-handed batsman is a special player, who will soon mark his arrival with many more good performances. Meanwhile, Sachin Tendulkar, the former Indian cricketer shared a still with a unit of CISF for the fans.

Wasim Jaffer backed Prithvi Shaw and Mayank Agarwal to have a good series against New Zealand, who will most likely to open the innings in the overseas country. As per him, it is going to be a big match for the duo.
