Some of the cricketing trends on Sunday revolved around the second T20I between India and West Indies. Kevin Pietersen put forward a couple of thoughts. The first one was about the third umpire calling the tough wide calls while the other was about implementing the changes with the no-ball calls and match timings in the IPL. Meanwhile, Aakash Chopra was astounded to see the kind of reception Sanju Samson got in Thiruvananthapuram.
The other trends were about the Brisbane Heat winning the WBBL. AB de Villiers and Danielle Wyatt congratulated the team for the victory. Mohammad Nabi shared a selfie with his Afghanistan mates before he departed for the BPL. Gautam Gambhir tweeted that he was saddened by the tragic fire accident in Anaaj Mandi, Delhi.
1. Do you think the third umpire should call the tight wides as well? Kevin Pietersen thinks so…
If the 3rd umpire is judging no balls now, he should also call the tight on the line wides.
