The day has arrived for the big clash between the arch rivals at the biggest stage of the cricket calendar this year. Team India is set to lock horns with Pakistan in the finals of the ICC Champions Trophy 2017 at The Oval. The build up to the game has been huge and the superfans are geared up for the occasion. Chacha Cricket, the iconic fan from Pakistan, has been following his team very closely over the years.

Similarly, there has been Sudhir – the iconic face of Indian cricket fan base. With his body painted in the tricolor and the name of Sachin Tendulkar written on his body, Sudhir has witnessed almost every game that the Indian team has played over the last few years. Both Chacha Cricket and Sudhir are now set to witness the big finals on Sunday between India and Pakistan.

Needless to say, they will be supporting their respective sides. However, in a recent converssation with geo.tv, both fans noted that they hope to see good cricket on the day and want the better side to win eventually. Chacha noted that the fans must not abuse on another and support good cricket.

“We must not hurl abuses at each other, let’s support good cricket. Let me cheer for Pakistan and Indians cheer for India and enjoy cricket tomorrow,” said Chacha Cricket.

“We want good cricket and hope the better team wins,” Sudhir voiced further.

‘Pakistan can beat any side on a given day’

Chacha further gave a message to the Pakistani team. He wants the players to rise to the occasion and become heroes from mere players. He believes that the way they have played in the recent games, they can beat India as well. Sudhir also opined the same.

“My message for the team is that they have got a great opportunity to become heroes, if they play with the same spirit the way played in last three games, they will surely win,” Chacha quoted.

“If Pakistan can beat England or South Africa then it can also beat India. It can beat any other team,” Sudhir agreed.
