Bollywood actor Rishi Kapoor seems to be following the game of cricket with a lot of passion. He has been coming up with tweets in support of the Indian cricket team in the recent times. Team India is set to lock horns with Pakistan in the finals of the ICC Champions Trophy 2017 on June 18. With the India v Pakistan clash coming up, the temperatures and the anticipation is bound to be on the rise.

The hype and the build up to the big clash has already begun. Needless to say, the Bollywood stars cannot stop showing their excitement either. One such active members from the B-town is veteran actor Rishi Kapoor. When team Pakistan had beaten England in the first semi-final of the Champions Trophy this year, Rishi had taken to the social media to congratulate them.

However, he was quick to warn them to be prepared to play against their ‘father’ – team India. He had drawn a lot of hate messages after his tweet and many tweet wars had their bases encircled around his tweet. Now, the senior Kapoor has come up with another tweet that is bound to be sour for the Pakistani fans. In his recent tweet, he has requested the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to send a ‘proper’ cricket team this time around.

Expecting stronger team

He mocked the team men in green saying that the last time they had turned up, they looked like amateurs on the cricket field against the Indians. This was in reference to the lackluster show by Pakistan in the league stage game against India. Team India had beaten Pakistan by a thumping margin of 124 runs in that match.

“PCB. Cricket team bhejna please. Earlier Hockey ya Kho Kho team bhejin thin. Kyon ki 18th June (Fathers Day) Baap keel raha tumhare saath lol!” tweeted Rishi Kapoor.
