England Women are all set to lock horns with the India Women on their tour to India. The English side has already arrived in India and they are having a great time already. The English side played two warm-up fixtures before heading in to the limited overs action against the Indian team. While the main draws are some distance away, popular cricketer Danielle Wyatt is enjoying her time in India.

The name of Danielle Wyatt is not a new one for the Indian cricket fans. Wyatt has been a crowd favorite ever since she proposed the Indian captain Virat Kohli on the micro blogging site Twitter in the year 2014. It was a thundering knock from Kohli in a ICC World T20 2014 fixture against South Africa that had Wyatt awestruck.

Soon after the game, she had posted a tweet asking Kohli to marry her. Within minutes, her tweet garnered a lot of attention with retweets and favorites coming her way. She became an overnight social media sensation in India with her followers growing at a rapid rate. The same year, when India toured England, Virat Kohli caught up with Danielle Wyatt.

A picture of Kohli and Wyatt surfaced the media and the fans could not stop commenting back then as well. Later, Kohli also gifted a bat to Wyatt, which she is set to use in India this summer. When Virat tied the knot to Anushka Sharma, many trolled Wyatt citing her to be the heartbroken lady.

In all cases, the tweets and comments were in good humor. And now, Wyatt recently shared a picture of the Gateway of India on Twitter. She was having her time off in Mumbai. “Day off in Mumbai so we’re off to have a look at Elephanta Island,” Wyatt wrote in her tweet.

Here is the tweet:

The fans were quick to respond to her tweet. They tried taking digs at her and teased her with Kohli’s name. Certainly, the joke is still going around.

Here is how the fans reacted to the tweet:
