India will face Australia on Sunday in Mohali and the winner goes to the semi-final. India have lost one match against New Zealand, while Australia also lost to the same opponent and are on same points as India in the points table. New Zealand has already qualified for the semi-finals having won all of their 3 games, with one left against Bangladesh.

Skipper MS Dhoni and opener Rohit Sharma, along with team India director Ravi Shastri were seen cooling off and relaxing by playing golf at a Chandigarh golf club on Friday. 12 kms away, Australia was battling Pakistan in a very close match.

India had defeated Bangladesh in what can only be said as one of the tensest T20 games. Bangladesh had the game in their grasp for 99% of the match, but lost the plot completely in the last three balls to concede it.

While Dhoni looked calm and cool in golf attire and blue shades, Rohit and Ravi Shastri opted for shorts and tees in the heat. Saturday would be the practice day for the Indian team at the IS Bindra Punjab Cricket Association Stadium.

India have to win this match to keep their hopes alive to win the trophy for the second time or face the humiliation of first round exit on home soil. There was another reason for celebrations in the India camp as senior spinner, Harbhajan Singh celebrated his 18th year in international cricket.

The turbanator made his Test debut against Australia at Bengaluru on 26th March, 1998. He has picked up 417 wickets in 103 Tests, 269 scalps in 236 ODIs and 25 wickets in 28 T20Is. He also has 2 Test centuries to his name against the New Zealand, which he made in back to back Test matches.
