England are having an ideal summer this year amid the pandemic. After a forgettable start in the first Test against West Indies, the Brits have completely turned the tables. They won the Test series against the Caribbeans and Pakistan, drew the T20I series against Pakistan, won the ODI series against Ireland and have gained an inevitable lead against the Australia in the T20I series as well.

Such a successful summer after a long halt of 4 months due to the pandemic called for an extreme celebration. The Three Lions again proved that they can pull that off in style as well. The English team was seen in the dressing room after winning the 2nd game and their highly enthusiastic, fancy dance was eye-catching.

In the video posted by Jofra Archer on Instagram, English players, including speedster Mark Wood, opener, Jason Roy and the protagonist of the victory in 2nd T20I, Jos Buttler can be seen dancing in an interesting fashion. Some termed it as ‘penguin dance’ in the comments section.

The great summer grew greater for Jos Buttler

England looked fairly in command during the 2nd T20I against the arch-rivals, Australia. After restricted them to a below-par score, the hosts chased down the total of 159 runs rather easily. Jos Buttler, the man in form looked amazing as he pulled off a tremendous knock of 77 runs off just 54 balls.

The match-winning effort from the stumper won him the player of the match award. The opening batsman has been in excellent touch throughout the summer and he continued his form from the Test matches to the white-ball cricket as well. The wicket-keeper was under scrutiny at the start of the summer as he didn’t have runs under his belt with Jonny Bairstow and Ben Foakes knocking the doors heavily.

The start of the summer was not ideal for the attacking batsman as he failed in the first two Tests against West Indies. However, after scoring a fifty in the third Test, Buttler’s fortunes turned massively. He was the second highest scorer during the Pakistan Test series and he leads the charts against the Aussies now. He scored a memorable ton as well against the Pakistan side and with a match-winning effort in the 2nd T20I against Australia, Buttler has proved his efficiency again.
