India’s series winning streak has been breached by the world No.1 ODI side England who bounced back after a thumping defeat in the first ODI to win the series 2-1. India came into the game with as many as three changes but the middle-order once again failed to score big after the top didn’t get any big runs. They finished with 256/8 on what looked like a slow surface but was easily chased down by the hosts. Joe Root with yet another century took his team to an 8-wicket win along with the skipper Eoin Morgan who scored an unbeaten 88.
