In terms of age, she became the youngest (17 years 141 days) ever player in the Women’s Test to do so. Overall in Test cricket, only Sachin Tendulkar achieved the milestone at a lower age (17 years 112 days).

159 – Shafali Verma scored a total of 159 runs in both innings of her debut Test. This is the third-highest match aggregate for a player on Women’s Test debut.
