Bangladesh (BAN) will lock horns against South Africa (SA) in the 14th T20 World Cup 2022 Warm-up match at Allan Border Field in Brisbane on Wednesday. Bangladesh lost against Afghanistan in their first warm-up game after losing all four games in the New Zealand T20I Tri-Series last week. Taskin Ahmed and Hasan Mahmud took five wickets combined to restrict Afghanistan on 160/7 while bowling first but the batters struggled for the runs from the start and managed to score only 98/9 in 20 overs.

South Africa beat New Zealand by nine wickets in their first warm-up match after losing both white-ball series against India. Keshav Maharaj took three wickets and Tabraiz Shamsi and Wayne Parnell grabbed two to bowl out the Kiwis on just 98 runs while bowling first. The Rilee Rossowuv smashed unbeaten 54 runs off 32 balls to guide Proteas to an easy nine-wicket win in just 11.2 overs.

Aiden Markram SA | BAT

The star middle-order batter ranks fourth in the current ICC T20I Batters chart and scored an unbeaten 16 runs off 12 balls against New Zealand in the last game. Markram scored 58 runs from two T20I innings against India and smashed 79 runs in the second ODI.

Avoid Having These Players In Your Fantasy Sports Team

Anrich Nortje

The star South African speedster is struggling for wickets lately as he failed to take any wickets against New Zealand in the first warm-up game. Nortje has taken only one wicket from his last five innings and should be avoided for this fixture.

Mustafizur Rahman

The struggling Bangladeshi pacer is going through a tough patch in front of the wickets lately. He failed to take a wicket against Afghanistan and conceded 30 runs as well. He played only one game in the recent T20I Tri-Series in New Zealand where he conceded 48 runs without a wicket against Pakistan.
