Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) will take on Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the 19th game of the Indian Premier League 2023 on Thursday (April 13) at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata. The Knight Riders are coming into this game after giving a shocker of defeat to the defending champions, Gujarat Titans, in their previous game. Rinku Singh hit five consecutive sixes to guide the team to a target of 205 runs and won the Player of the Match award. The Knight Riders have won two out of three games so far and are placed in the third position in the points table.
Sunisers lost their opening two games and achieved their first victory of the season in their previous outing against the Punjab Kings. The Kings posted a total of 143 runs for the loss of nine wickets in 20 overs while batting first. Sunrisers chased this target in 17.1 overs with eight wickets in hand.
