With good contributions from other middle-order batters as well, they posted a total of 155 runs on the board. Mumbai started their chase all guns blazing, having scored 62 runs already in six overs, but as soon as they lost their skipper, they could not hold the innings together. They eventually lost the match by 23 runs as they just kept losing wickets one after the other.
