The list of cricketers being tested positive for Coronavirus is increasing with every passing day. Meanwhile, during the lockdown and these tough times, Mashrafe Mortaza has come forward for the poor and needy people. In March, he lent help to as many as 300 families in Narail his birthplace, and the Lohagara upazila. Apart from that, the pacer had donated half of his Bangladesh cricket’s salary to help the nation fight the pandemic.

As far as the outbreak of Coronavirus in Bangladesh is concerned, more than 1 lakh cases are registered with 1425 people losing their lives. Currently, around 64 thousand cases are active with more than 40000 people recovering from the disease as well.
