Harbhajan Singh gives a kind response to a fan who accused him of responding only to verified accounts on Twitter

Indian cricketer Harbhajan Singh on Saturday gave a heart-warming reply to a fan on Twitter. The fan questioned how the veteran off-spinner engages on social media with only popular people. The cricketer decided to respond to the tweet and tried to console the fan.

The incident started when the fan posted a tweet in which he questioned that the cricketer has not shown his concern to a middle class family. He said that the off-spinner from Punjab only replies to the people who have verified accounts on social media, that is the celebrities who have a blue tick on their profile. 

The fan wrote on Twitter, “@harbhajan_singh accept the fact sir you don’t think about a middle class family u give reply or discussion everything for who have a blue tick or have everything in their life but who really needs you dont reply Is this your humanity???” The cricketer, who is known for his humble behaviour with the fans, had a sweet and warm response.

He wrote that he is from a lower middle class family and he does reply to fans who talk sense on the social media platform. The World Cup-winning player also went on to say that he is one of the fans and doesn’t like to associate himself with any class. He said that he can feel the pain of the person standing in front of him. 

“I am from lower middle class and I do reply to people who talk sense..  am one of you brother not higher class or any class .. I am just a human like you who feel the pain of another,” Harbhajan Singh tweeted.

Harbhajan Singh, who comes from Jalandhar in Punjab is quite a kind person and has done some generous acts towards the poor whenever he has got an opportunity. He is currently playing in the Indian Premier League 2021 for the Kolkata Knight Riders. He featured in the first three matches, before getting dropped for the fourth match.
