If you want to mess with a cricketer, Harbhajan Singh should be at the very end of your list. Expect a befitting reply from the Turbanator if you are planning to take him down. Little did a Twitter user know about it, and hence he found himself in front of severe backlash. Harbhajan Singh shut down a Twitter user, who tried to deglorify, or rather, disparage the Indian Navy.

Where did it all start?

Every year on 4th December, India celebrates Navy Day. It is to acknowledge all the incomparable efforts of the Indian Navy for the betterment and safeguarding of the nation. Hence, Bhajji decided to pay a small tribute to the navy, in form of a tweet.

“On #NavyDay, let us take some time to appreciate the efforts of the @indiannavy. They’ve made our lives easy and safe. A big salute to them!! Jai Hind”, wrote the 37-year-old from Jalandhar, Punjab. In reply, a Twitter user called S E D Das tried to point out that it’s no big deal, they are just doing their job, and hence there is no point in wishing them.

“Just let them do their job and stop glorifying people for doing their duty.” wrote the Twitter user. Well, he must not have expected a reply. Even if he did, he should not have expected Harbhajan to call him a joker that the society should be ashamed of.

Dear Das, you’ve been ‘Bhajjified’!

But again, this is the owner of 417 Test wickets, who knows exactly how to give it back. “Learn to appreciate good work first than u will know about the duty.. do u know what’s ur duty ?? Just see their duty what they do…they protect us salute to them.. and jokers like u shame on you,” was Harbhajan’s ‘putting fevicol on the lips’ type of reply.
