Hardik Pandya brings home Bentley on his 25th birthday

Indian all-rounder, Hardik Pandya, who is currently nursing an injury turned 25 on Thursday. The Choryasi-born has been an key player in the Indian line-up for the last couple of years. He adds great weights to the side both with the bat as well as the ball. Hence, just within two years since his debut, he is featuring in all the formats and makes a valuable contribution on important junctures.

On the occasion of his 25th birthday, Pandya welcomed a new member into his family. He got himself a new pet, a dog and he shared the news on social media for his fans. He named the dog ‘Bentley Pandya’ and already seems to be in love with it.

Hardik wrote a beautiful post for Bentley and shared some adorable pictures. He welcomed the dog to his family and further added that they will share their birthday from now on. He also described the dog as sustainable, environmentally friendly and added that Bentley runs only on love. It is in this tweet itself where he revealed the name of his dog.

“My new Bentley.. Sustainable, environmentally friendly, runs only on love.. Welcome to the family Bentley Pandya. We shall share our birthday now,” he wrote.

Hardik Pandya also wishes Amitabh Bachchan

Incidentally, Hardik also shares his birthday with Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan. The ‘Angry Young Man’ turned 76 on October 11. Pandya also wished the ‘Shehenshah’ and shared a picture where these two are together in one frame. He said that it was a pleasure to share his birthday with Amitabh.

Hardik Pandya wasn’t picked in the squad for the first two ODIs against the Windies. Going ahead, he is expected to play an important role on the Australia tour.
