Hardik Pandya has a message for KL Rahul on his birthday

The on-field performances are a result of all the work that is being done behind the scenes. Cricket is a team sport and hence the players need to perform collectively to achieve the desired result. The players in a team must gel with each other to ensure that they are in sync with the goals set by the team. Focusing more on personal milestones rather than the team results is not the right way to go ahead in cricket.

The young bunch of players in the Indian setup are known to remain active on social media and celebrate the big days together. Hardik Pandya, the all-rounder had a very heartfelt message for KL Rahul who is celebrating his birthday today. KL Rahul is currently with the Kings XI Punjab and is looking in red-hot form.

The allrounder has not been effective in the current edition of the IPL and needs to come up with few top class performances to take his team to the top half of the points table. His brother from another mother has just scored the fastest fifty of the IPL and is looking as good as ever. Kings XI Punjab is doing pretty well in the tournament while the Mumbai Indians have just won one game in their four matches.

Rahul will be looking to cement his spot in the Indian team as he is too good a player to be warming the benches. Pandya too needs to up his game as the big England tour is not too far away. Though the conditions will be different in England, scoring few runs in the IPL will provide the players with the much-needed confidence.
