Hardik Pandya married Natasa Stankovic during lockdown; picture goes viral

India all-rounder Hardik Pandya and Serbian and Bollywood actress Natasa Stankovic are all set to welcome a new life. They revealed the news on social media on Sunday posting the picture of them together. They were soon flooded with wishes from near and dear ones. The adorable couple got engaged on January 1 this year when Hardik proposed Natasa while on a cruise.

They have been staying together since then with the family even as the pictures kept surfacing on social media. Hardik Pandya was supposed to be playing in the Indian Premier League (IPL) for the Mumbai Indians (MI) over the last couple of months. But the Coronavirus enforced lockdown suspended the tournament and the whole cricketing fraternity along with the nation was confined to their homes.

On Sunday, they surprised everyone by revealing the news of Natasa being pregnant even as many wondered if the couple is married. However, in a social media post, they had also posted a picture of them going through the wedding rituals. And if the Filmfare, lifestyle and entertainment magazine, is to be believed, Hardik Pandya and Natasa got hitched during the lockdown itself.

On Sunday evening, Hardik Pandya took to his Instagram handle to reveal the news as he posted four different pictures with his wife Natasa Stankovic. He asked for the blessings and wishes to his fans and followers while stating that they are thrilled to welcome a new life.

“Natasa and I have had a great journey together and it is just about to get better 😊 Together we are excited to welcome a new life into our lives very soon. We’re thrilled for this new phase of our life and seek your blessings and wishes,” he wrote.

Soon after the news went viral, the likes of Virat Kohli and Yuzvendra Chahal wished the couple. “Congratulations to you both H. Lots of love and blessings for the 3rd member of your clan,” the India skipper wrote.
