The lady luck seems to have worked really well for Indian star Yuvraj Singh. Taking no credit away from Yuvraj though, his hard work and sheer perseverance helped him earn a grand comeback in the national side. The world admired in awe as the southpaw plundered runs at will with MS Dhoni in the Cuttack ODI against England.

Everyone showered praises on the duo. How could the lady herself, Hazel Keech, be behind? Yuvraj recently got married to Hazel in December 2016. The wife was very impressed with the way her beau battled all odds to come up with his career-best ODI score.

She posted a heartwarming message for her husband on Instagram soon after the match concluded. The post became a massive hit among the fans and had almost 20k likes within a few hours. In the beautiful post, Hazel mentioned how Yuvraj Singh has come up against all obstacles – be it on the field or off the field.

She rightly mentioned that Yuvraj’s middle name should be ‘fierce’. Well, the kind of determination he showed when he smacked a powerful 150 last night, fierce might well only be an understatement for his heroics. She further cited that the knock had finally come after overcoming a heap of difficulties.

Yuvraj was out of action for a long time after he was diagnosed with cancer in 2011. He then underwent chemotherapy before getting back to fitness and form. Hazel quoted it all. “‘Fierce’ should be his middle name. “150 runs from 127 balls, Man of the Match, India won 2-0 against England in ODIs.

Not forgetting coming back from CANCER, getting his health and fitness back post chemo therapy and finally being in the ODI team after all of that. Throw in a wedding somewhere,” wrote Hazel Keech in an Instagram post. The words seem to be true to the every bit of the existence.

Talking about the match, Yuvraj came in to bat at number 4 and then forged a marathon stand with MS Dhoni. He completed his 14th ODI ton and eventually finished with a score of 150 off 127 balls. His efforts combined with Dhoni’s ton saw India post 381 on the board. India won the game by 15 runs and Yuvraj Singh was rightly adjudged as the Man of the Match.
