Virat Kohli is currently on a vacation at the moment as Team India is fighting it out in New Zealand against the Kiwis. He was rested by the selectors after the first three ODIs and the Indian captain is spending some valuable time with his wife and the Bollywood star Anushka Sharma. The couple is busy exploring new venues on the vacation and have kept their fans updated by posting scenic pictures along with theirs together.

Meanwhile, Kohli posted one of his dashing pictures on his official Twitter account recently. He had worn smart looking shades and looked superb in the dark blue T-shirt. The fans went gaga over the picture and were drooling all over it since the cricketer posted in on the social media platform.

The former South African cricketer Herschelle Gibbs has kept himself busy on Twitter over the last few days and he was also one of those who loved Virat Kohli’s look. No wonder Gibbs is Kohli’s fan as the batsman but looking at the picture, the Proteas cricketer couldn’t stop himself from commenting. He asked Kohli if he is trying to replicate a John Lennon look. Lennon was a famous English singer and songwriter and his songs are still on the minds of many.

Here’s Gibbs’ comment:

Gibbs following South African cricket closely

Herschelle Gibbs seems keen to come back into the game in a different role as he is following cricket closely nowadays. Interestingly, the swashbuckling batsman of his time was in the fray to be appointed the head coach of India Women’s team. He was also seen commenting about the recently concluded South Africa’s matches against Pakistan.

During the T20I series, Gibbs also expressed his concern about CSA’s approach in the T20 Internationals. He pointed out that the Proteas have debuted maximum cricketers in the format and with the World Cup set to take place next year, the team is going nowhere with so many debutants.
