'How you changed yourself from wild to mild?'- Sandeep Patil wants to ask Virat Kohli a cheeky question

Virat Kohli, the Indian skipper has been in the form of his life. He is also rated as one of the best batsmen in world cricket but it was never an easy task for him to reach such heights in his career. The 32-year-old has turned himself into an idol of the youth due to which the fans always remain curious with ample of questions that they want to ask from Kohli. And, now, Sandeep Patil, the former Indian selector recited over the question that he would like to ask Kohli if he gets an opportunity.

Sandeep Patil played 29 Tests and 45 one-dayers for India in which he managed to score as many as 2,593 international runs and 24 wickets. The former player was appointed as the Indian chief selector back in 2012. Under his tenure, Team India successfully managed to win ICC Champions Trophy in the year 2013.

Many big players made their Test debut in his time as a selector like Rohit Sharma, Ajinkya Rahane, Shikhar Dhawan, KL Rahul and Ravindra Jadeja. Later on, MSK Prasad took the baton in his hands in 2016 that saw the end of Patil as the selector of Team India.

Sandeep Patil on what he wants to ask Virat Kohli

When Patil took the charge in his hands, at that time Kohli was the star in the making as he was hustling hard to make him as a permanent member of Team India across all the formats. Meanwhile, the 32-year-old went through many ups and downs before turning into the best batsman in world cricket.

In the early phase, the Delhiite was mocked by the fans and cricketing fraternity for his rude and over-expressive nature on the field during the games. At that time, he used to get carried away in emotions due to which he was brought under the scanner on several occasions. In contrary to that, now Kohli has transformed himself into a responsible player, who is looked down upon as an idol for the upcoming youth cricketers.

In an interview to Bollywood Hungama, Sandeep Patil said that he would like to ask Virat Kohli a question that how he transformed himself from wild to mild as a cricketer. The former also recited the fact that he had seen the Indian skipper when he was taking training in the National Cricket Academy in the early phase of his cricketing career. There is a drastic change in Kohli’s personality, as he never hides from taking responsibility.
