After missing out on the Indian Premier League, Adani Sportsline always wanted to own a team in the newest league in the world. After all the official decisions took place earlier in the year, the Gulf Giants announced their marquee signings for the tournament on 17th August (Wednesday). The list includes the likes of Shimron Hetmyer, Chris Lynn, and David Wiese, among other hard hitters.

Other top names, including Tom Banton, Dominic Drakes, Jamie Overton, and Chris Jordan, will also be a part of the squad. The team also announced Andy Flower as the head coach of the team for the T20 League. The Gulf Giants released a video on their social media handle to introduce all the players. The cricketers explained and expressed their excitement to join the new franchise in ILT20.

“It’s going to be a super exciting league. The #ILT20 is a truly international competition. The strength of the league is obviously the diversity & the playing strength.”, Andy Flower said in the video
